Ordering your personalised product from KrlDesigns is easy! To ensure we capture your vision perfectly, please describe what you would like to order in as much detail as possible in the message section. You can also upload an image to give us a visual idea. If you need any help or have questions, don't hesitate to CONTACT us personally!

Can I request a custom design?

Answer:

Yes! Custom designs are welcome. Please include as much detail as possible in your order notes, or contact us directly to discuss your idea before placing an order.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Answer:

Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible, so please double-check all details before submitting.

 

What information should I double-check before submitting?

Please ensure all personalisation details, spelling, colours, and product selections are correct, as items are made to order.

Damages and Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.

Delivery and shipment

KRL Designs is Australian-based. We offer shipping within Australia, with delivery times varying based on location and product type.

 

Also offer a delivery and pick up of items if local or close surrounding suburbs. 

With a small out of pocket cost from yourself - uber package is quick and simple and orders can be delivered to your choice of location.
